Garfield Refining maintains 15,000 sq. ft. facility for the processing of precious metals. We operate a variety of gas fired and electric induction furnaces, ranging in size from small-lot to large tilt furnaces. Each of these units is periodically rebuilt from the ground up to ensure maximum efficiency.

Our state-of-the-art analytical lab is equipped with the following technologies:

Spectrophotometry [atomic absorption analysis]
X-ray spectrometry

Precise measurement of precious metal content is essential for a favorable return.

Our advanced computer network enables us to individually track every shipment that comes to us from arrival to payment. The system integrates data from assay, daily price fixes, printing checks, and mailing payment.

The entire Garfield facility, inside and out, is equipped with an advanced video surveillance system which is monitored 24 hours a day .We also maintain a staff of on-site security personel.
